Module 3: Progress Monitoring Systems (45 minutes)

  • Early warning signs and course correction

  • Balancing autonomy with accountability

Module 4: Check In Systems (30 minutes)

  • Establishing effective check-in rhythms in work

Laila Plamondon grew up in Bangladesh as the daughter of an American diplomat. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Smith College in Massachusetts with a BA in psychology. She's now the Senior Director of IT at Uncommon Schools in New York City. She leads a team of 20 Product Managers, Project Managers, and an IT Support Team.
